Its done very well for a first game, I my self just made a game but I only had like one level.
But this is okay :)

Hey, and thanks for checking out my game.
This was a project for a class at school about a year ago, and was mostly just a learning process for myself.
The character you see on screen is me. I had a friend take pictures of me, to which I cropped them, and then put myself into the game.
There really is no plot, I kinda just went with the flow.
If you think it's really that bad, feel free to give this game a "blam" rating, but keep in mind that this was my very first attempt at making a flash game, and I know it isn't very good. :P
I don't know if you cut the mario world 1-1 sprites out or not. But whoever did made one tiny mistake. And that's you forgot to cut out the feet from the gombas and shell guys. Because the bottom of there feet are still visible on both the ground and on top the blocks, in just about every scene. It's hard to notice, but trust me they are there.
Other then that, not bad. Not bad at all.
pretty decent. The animation isn't too bad, but it is a tad laggy. not a bad start at all! Good luck on future game making!

its not bad being your first attempt at making something of a game. Good use of interaction and I liked the way the masking looked stepping into the shadows. but the mario level at the end really through me. no interaction. no secrets... oh yea and the jumping graphics.... should of done something for the jump animation. should of cropped in a karate kick for your jump.
