@ Derpocalypse
The one that talked at the end is known as the patriarch, the most advanced enemy of them all. He's the most intelligent, thus making him the last enemy to kill. Like a final boss so to say. Once killed, the players win the game. The creator simply let the last enemy talk because he wanted to stay true to the game.
Now for the review.
