thanks for the feedback. Family and friends help me with the lines, so I don't want to monopolize too much of their time, so the lines don't always come out the way I planned. The humor is intended to build on itself, so people who see the previous episodes will be rewarded. Mark, incidentally, is supposed to be comically banal at times, if that makes sense.( a "vapid" personality) but at other times he is sneaky, vain, mean and underhanded. Although I don't know if you're talking about Mark or Lydia or Dwayne when you say the characters lack emotion, or all three.
