I don't really know what to say to this. It's just not done well.
First, the frame needs to be resized, take a few pixels off the bottom edge. Next, rasterize your bitmaps, the actual images you took off the web (that rock-snake thing). It will give that hand drwan the drawn look. work on your animation, it was just plain bad. Add a preloader.
