It's a pretty original idea, yet i don't see the point of this, is it a parody? a joke? both?, the music is not the best but i'll give you a 1 for your effort.

I'll be honest. You have some good ideas for the different levels. But the controls KILL the game. For a game like this they need to be very tight and responsive to quick changes in direction. The controls here make the 'square' very hard to control. It keeps its momentum where to be really playable, the controls need to make it so that once you hit a key, it automatically goes in your intended direction.
Also, some music, a better storyline (perhaps one not centered on Charlie Sheen, and some instructions would also be good additions, but focus on getting the controls better first.
