NOTE: The game requires a log in because of all the trading features. It lets you go to the pokemon center and trade with others. Honestly I don't use the emails at all so you can even put something fake like or w.e, it also lets you log into any site you want to play the game. Hope that explains it.

I see people rating this badly and they shouldnt be; PTD2 is a great game! But like the orginial PTD, which was one the most sucesful games newgrounds ever had, you have to login to play. My only complaint about it is tht idk whts new every week when they update the game, cause when i walk around and talk to people they dnt say anything diffrent. But thn again at the same time i like it because thn you can specificly see the pokemon and get the ones you want. That also presents a problem though if u can get whtever pokemon you want can i just walk around until i get a legenday pokemon? So all in all 4 stars cause its a good game but the design needs to go back to like it was in PTD 1 it just made it a lot simpler. Plus if it was tht way then maybe the crew working on this game could get it done faster.

love the game and te reason why there is a need or login is because if you played the first one or went to the site of the creaters it didnt start here and its better with the login so we can have things in the game like the pokemon center

People need to actually think before they complain. The reason for making an account is so you can save your progress and come back to it whenever. Hell, this even counts as a full game i you will. Just because it's flash doesn't it has to be small.

And just take 2 seconds and make an account. Growing up in a lazy society has made quick things not quick enough for people apparently. Get over it and play the game. It's actually a really nice one. I like how you made it more like an actual Pokemon game, while still having the strategy of a Tower Defense game.

It was looking good with the intro, and plus I liked the first game so I checked this out. But why a login screen within a Flash game? Most people seem to have rated it down because of the login screen. It doesn't seem safe, it would be fine to login from the website, or if it was an MMO, it would be understandable, but to have a login screen in game seem like a daft idea. Plus the idea of having to give our email to non-trusted source (Newgrounds is a trusted source, however this game isn't), doesn't seem safe. And what need would it have to have to give our email? If you are using it for progress saving, then why not do it like most games, using the browser cache. It doesn't feel right to have to login in a flash game so I don't know what the game is like because I'm worried what my email would be used for. 1 star for the great opening.
