Well this was is for school, it's a speech mark quiz that I'm doing. This is for people who are like 11-12 So they can play this and stuff. It's only got 5 questions because i have a time limit. I've edited the song to remove the curse words. So yeah. Rate. All that jazz. I hope this doesn't get blammed, I'll post updates and all that. Tell me what you want to see in it.

As an avid bro I know what the song is and enjoy it but like many people said this game is really buggy as I can't keep on a platform the last level is rather difficult to stay on most of the platforms and have to move along with it however it's an admirable attempt and it's alright with the mistakes for what it was meant to do. Just make sure you're more careful with your wording and grammar next time at it'll all be fine :)

I give you a star for the idea, and a star for the sound. It's catchy and gets me pumped.
However, your grammar is atrocious considering you're trying to teach it. The game itself is also pretty buggy and the gameplay is choppy and annoying at best.
The main thing is that you really need to proofread a game like this to make sure you're not teaching bad habits while you try to teach.
The concept is a good one, though. With a good amount of work, this game could be really good and probably very popular. Maybe, with a lot more work, you may even be able to sell it to elementary schools.

GIven that this is a school assignment geared towards 12 year olds, the subject matter seems perfectly appropriate. But the gameplay itself is just...clunky, I guess. The platforms' motions are jerky, and the main character doesn't stay on them--which may make more sense in the real world, but the platforming gamer's mind is set up to expect a lack of movement on a moving platform, if that makes sense.

Also, I don't know if you were using brostep in an attempt to appeal to the game's intended audience, but to someone like me (that is, over 12), it's kindof annoying. If I were you, I'd choose more simple and unobtrusive music, to better focus on the game itself.

Since I'm decidedly not a game maker, I can't give you any good advice from that standpoint. First off, you should...practice more, I guess? Just keep learning how to make games run smoothly. Oh, and find better soundtracks.

Good points:
O- Good choice of music
O- Interesting mixture of gameplay and knowledge skills.
Bad points:
O- Buggy.
O- You made a few grammar mistakes yourself there, so you may want to tweak the questions.
O- Art looks abysmal. Sorry, but it's not very pleasing.

Overall you have potential, but leave the art to someone else. Not quite good enough.

zainuintel responds:

Hi, thanks for your input. I understand it is buggy. Yeah, the art looks like crap. I'm not an artist as you can tell. I have 2 weeks left to complete this. I am currently fixing the art. Which grammar mistakes are there. I am dyslexic, and spell check helps me. But if you can tell me where there are grammar mistakes please tell me. Thanks again
