Usually when there is a BUNCH of submissions under judgement (right now, there's over 50!), I look at the icons and long descriptions, and vote 5 or 0 based on whether or not I think they will pass, leaving opinion at the door. For submissions with icons below a certain level of quality, I let them play for 5 seconds, which is usually enough time to decide whether or not any effort was put in, and whether or not they will likely pass.
I sometimes leave a review as well.
However, for your video, not only did I automatically vote 5 based on the level of quality in the icon, but I actually sat down and watched the whole thing, because you actually managed to pull me in before I even watched it. You made me WANT to watch it. So congratulations on that.
For my actual opinion, I liked it, animation was well done, I watched the loop about three times.

i kept expecting it to do something frightening, but it did not
decently animated i guess, but only like 5 seconds long
I didn't wanted to be the best animation ever, this is just a loop, I just wanted to do this for personal things :) but thanks for comenting
