I thought it was a quaint, enjoyable little game until I realized that you can't progress without spending real money and/or inviting several people to play the game. It would've been lovely without that hangup. Also, if it were a "freemium'' game where no money was NECESSARY but people could spend if they wanted to (with a decent and fun incentive to do so) I'm certain the play model could be successful. As is, I am dissappointed.

Your game has potential, but it is crippled beyond forgiveness by your insistence that the player use micro-transactions to continue in the game. There is no plot, dialogue, or puzzles to make me interested enough in this game to pay for it, and even if there were, you have earned no fans by making a pay-to-win game. Go back to facebook, you're not welcome here.
The fact that I'm staring at a "we're sorry, but you've played too many in-game days. Please come back in 10 minutes or pay real world money!" is simply unacceptable. I could cringe and forgive any other fault - even the fact that despite paying full in game gold price for one of the shop upgrades, I still didn't own the stupid bookshelf unless I got friends to help me get it. Even that I could forgive, if you didn't stick me on a fracking game timer. This is the wrong way to fund a game.

its too bad man, this game actually had high hopes and seemed fun up until the part where you try to bleed people dry for their life savings. free to play games are always welcomed if they are this good

1. Tokens

This is a HUGE problem. Almost everything is payed for in coins. But no, this is a beginners trap, trust me, I went for the bait. DO NOT SPEND COINS UNTIL YOU NEED THEM. Recipes that cost more money needs tokens, tokens is like a shortcut! The only difference is that the coins look like their stacked high, and the tokens are just sideways.

2. Night and Day

This is another issue! I don't want to wait twelve minutes to continue playing. Yeah, it was fun until the "Day packages" came in! I don't have to pay for day in real life, but I figured reloading the page worked. It does. But I don't want to reload it all the time!

3.The Beginning Merchants

Another beginners trap! If you get say the blacksmith, your going to have to stick with him for a long time, but thats not the issue. If you get the sorcerer second, your losing money! Choose the tailor, most people come in asking for boots!

4. The Guards and Others

I tell you, never refuse the guards. They always give you more money. I'm not even kidding. I would like to include thieves. I'm still on the leaf clover quest, and I haven't saw the guy yet, it started about 10 days ago!

5. Researching

If you make a mistake a click research, you better have enough stock of what they make. You have to have coins just to click on them when their researching! It's outrageous, it's like, if you was a store owner in real life, you couldn't tell the employees what do if they were daydreaming!

6. Overall

It would've been better without the pay to play feature. It'll have you drawn in, until it starts. 1.5 Stars. This shouldn't have been posted on New Grounds, it should had it's own site if you have to pay.
