This is an addicting game and at times fun, but there are somethings that are just too problematic for me to ignore:

1) It's EXTREMELY hard to earn a lot of gold. Even if you do get a lot of customers, most of them ask for things that aren't in stock. And getting another craftsman is expensive.

2) Most customers who walk in just look around and leave. That's it; you can't try to sell them anything, they don't mention any quests or important things going on around town. They just leave. All that does is get hopes up for nothing.

3) Haggling or suggesting items is based almost completely on chance; if you're lucky, it works and if you're not... then the customer just bitches and leaves. You can't even buy/sell an item at their offered price. I would've liked it more if you could pick dialogue choices in an attempt to haggle.

4) I also wish there were more events that could help you earn money besides adventurers looking for someone to sponser their quests. And no, I'm not talking about "I want X gold. Gimme!" I'm talking about "help us with this and we'll give you X gold."

Once again this game can be fun, but these problems take a lot of that fun out of it.

Pro tip: once you get enough items to hold you for a while, hire workers, force them to make stuff for you, then fire them all in the same day! no salaries to pay, no worries.
ps. hate the token system, really ruined the experience, but still play it.

I really like it and it's fun to play, but you lose 2 stars because of those need-token breaks. You already have it for special items and making things easier without a guild, do you really need it for people that just want to play the old-fashion way?

This particular pay to play setup is especially annoying ads would be less so. Pity because for such a simple game it is addictive 0-stars for you
