Very enjoyable game, though there is one problem, this is new grounds, where FREE games are located. If you wanted to make a game that makes money, go to steam. Anyone starting out trying to make a game that brings money in should not force people to have to pay money to continue playing. Or if there is a payment necessary mention it in the start of the game, noting that you have so many days before a fee will be incurred. Point being, Bring the game to steam to make money, or your own site, not somewhere where gaming is free.

It's not a bad game but I can't see myself coming back to this just to play it again. The time it takes to level and get new items and enough money to expand seems really daunting. Maybe it's not as bad as it looks but I've seen a few other reviewers complaining about this, too. The idea of crafting your own items and such seems cool and all, but having to pay your workers so much more as they level and having to purchase expensive stock upgrades is kinda frustrating.
Overall I found the concept to be pretty neat but unforgiving at times. A customer walks in and tries to buy something for REALLY cheap, so I ask them to go higher. They leave in a fit of rage and give my store a bad review. What exactly are they saying about my store? That I'm trying to make money? God forbid it if I try to make a living... I think there should have been an option to ask that they consider paying more instead of simply TELLING them to. This should make them likely to not go up as much or at all but also make it so that they won't get ticked off for no reason. The fact that I have limited control over the price is kind of upsetting. Also, the moneygrab tactic rears its ugly head. Hey, I've got no problem with a developer trying to make money but it's done in such a way that it makes me not want to continue playing because of the vast difference between paying game money and paying real money.
Like I said, I like the idea of crafting your own stuff, but the overall design... I just don't like it that much. It's like Recettear with an added crafting system and "questing" (which is cool), but with no combat, limited control over pricing, no other places to go, and a leveling system. I'm not even sure if I like the leveling system or not. It doesn't seem very appealing to me.
Overall, the cons seem to outnumber the pros here, but they don't OVERWHELM the pros, so... I give it 3/5. I mean, there's some nice artwork and clearly quite a bit of work put into it, so it should get some credit for that.
