This game is great.
However is complaining about wasting money on this obviously wants to play it solo. The progress of the game is guild focused for those who don't have a wallet for these kinds of games. I know I don't. I simply walked into the chat room and said I was available for guild membership. A guild leader saw the message and TA-DA! I'm now guildie.
Once you're in a guild, help others with your co-op points so the can return the favor. But seriously, if you want a purely solo game this isn't the one for you.
Another complaint I've see is how this game isn't playable for hours. It's a simple rinse and repeat game. Why would you want to? You'd fall into the same abyss the Farmville and Cityville players do.
Reinforced: I like the idea of having a guild to help each other out. It's not like a Facebook game where you wait a century and a half to beg and hope that someone sends you a gift. It IS like a Facebook game in how it considers that the player has a life and needs to do other things other than play video games all day.
This game is brilliant and doesn't end as quickly as other timed games. A good half-hour of play is given to you per day. Still haven't got enough? Go play Edgebee's Card Monster game. They won't hold you back.

I played this game before and went back to it because I really do like the idea of running a store. Sadly, this game isn't as great as others have said.

Pros: You can run your store however you want. Be a blacksmith, tailor, potions, or wood carver. Later on you can pick another one to help out your store, than you will need to pour in a lot of money (game money or real money) to hire the other two.
You can sell any way you want. If you want to make low cost stuff and sell them, you can. If you want to make really top stuff and sell them, you can.
There are quests and missions.
Skill points.

Cons: There are a lot of stuff that could really help out your store, but could only get them if you have real money in the game.
Quests and missions are not very helpful or give much information on them.
You need to be in a guild and have them pour their time and game money into upgraded-able items you need in your shop.
Sometimes you will get a few idiots that wants a sword even if you are a potion shop.
You need to wait before you could do any more days.
Looses the fun after a day or so.

I gave this a 2.5, but after looking at the cons I just had to decrease it to a 2 star.
