Not so great but with good core idea. I'd given you 3.5 but there's already a better game in this genre: Recettear. You should play it and see what can you take from it to improve.

this game is mediocre, it is nice for people who like turn base games like Facebook has, but it is totally free but you need quite some time to do something.

a great idea for a game
a wide variety of items to develop and sell
clients all have different preferences what they want
different city pieces to move your shop too

takes quite some time to gain some money
you need guild members to be able to have items in your shop
things costs a lot
customers amount are at random
lack of communication features between guild members

although it has a lot of bad things, I'm still enjoying of playing it

it wasnt very good and you needed to have friends to complete certain things whch is a horrible idea because the people you nvite might never get back on the game since it wasnt very good anyways.

Sorry, I can understand making a payment to enhance a game and get the author some cash... but making a game where it's totally required to do anything.... doesn't belong on NG. Just another money grab game.

Blatant money grubber game. Forcing people to wait is ridiculous. I was quite happy with the fact that you could buy all upgrades without cash. My problem is, if you already have so many things which take money to buy, why the hell would you make it where you had to buy more time to play!!! That is just massively overkill.
