I truly have no idea how this got to the "Popular Games" of Newgrounds. It is entirely bland and flavorless. I imagine Rambo was picked as the main character because "fuck it, anyone would work here, might as well use Rambo". I only heard one soundtrack during my playthrough, a completely generic "jungle" loop that, while not annoying, is as aforementioned entirely generic. The gameplay is "see moving thing, click on it". The aimer is so poorly defined that I literally unfocused my eyes while facing the screen and could still kill all the enemies with complete ease. The enemies that are literally faceless by the way. Who am I fighting? There was nothing, absolutely *nothing* to tell me why I was slaughtering the Slenderman's entire family. What is their agenda? Why do they hate Rambo? The game sure as hell never tells us.
In short, this is an entirely bland and uninteresting game. Don't waste your time.
