This is my super-late Game Jam entry. There are some problems with the sound, though I'm not sure how to fix them and don't really care.
Most of this was done during the Game Jam weekend, but eventually I got bored with it.
Today, I decided to complete it. I hope you enjoy - it isn't supposed to have top-notch programming, but I hope you think it's fun.
Okay, let me be honest here. You went back to Retro characters. Nice to see them return, but it would be ok if Rory was with them! Also, too short - but it was funny! Nice backgrounds, and Adrellia Village is finally widescreen! Also, you did not put the next button in the same place. With Rachel and Drake's conversation, you had to go click somewhere else with the next button at times. I will give you 3 stars. Keep the game idea!
I really like some parts, and am somewhat annoyed by others. I like a lot of the details in the backgrounds and the speech animations are very decent. However, I don't like the inconsistencies in the text boxes, how I have to move back and forth to click the smallish arrow to progress the dialogue.
I like the Beatles references, even down to the font you used for the titles. Also impressed by your use of repeating characters in the strings for your dialogue.

gfx- 7 (kinda crappy, but i get the feeling that's the style)
sfx - N/A (I have no soundcard)
design - 6.5 (inconsistent interfaces, but good programming)
gameplay - 5.5 (not really too fun, very linear and not challenging)
overall, this may go largely underlooked by many due to the lengthy intro and quality of the graphics. However, it has a certain charm that appeals to me, and I like elements of the visual effects and coding.
Wasn't much of a game, just a few easy clicks and the rest was watching animation.
no mute button and it was far too loud, could hear it with my earbuds a foot away
