I really just wanted to make something quick for halloween this year which features my personal favorite pokemon

Not sure if any you guys remember the episode of pokemon where you first see the 3 ghost types and they are just watching this stupid TV show and laughing and rioting around. I never noticed when I was a kid..but they seem definitely to be drunk or high or something so ...yeah - that's why I made this -
