The first episode of Zombie Doll!
i liked it for the most part. it felt a little squierl rant to me but thats not a bad thing if the rest of it doesn't turn into a foamy ( not sure i got that right) rid off. oh and reason it doesn't get 5 stars is i HATE haveing to watch my speaker volume at the same time i am trying to watch something i.e. going from YELLING to mumbbbel mumbbbbbbel not a fan. otherwise good.
This was cool looking forward to next episode Good animation and voices
Also it cool you got Appsro to do some voices (he's my fav animator) but thats unrelated
Well that was kind of good, are you gonna do more of theses episodes and stuff...?
That was terrific! There's so much to describe about this short. For starters the animation was fluid yet rough with classic textures and shades to give that "ghoulish" delight that I always enjoy year round. Audio was very well done including lip synching and voice acting. You brought the characters superbly to life and managed to give them original personalities. The way you've portrayed everyone here was so cleverly nostalgic, it was like looking into the next Invader Zim but with more ghouls and undead characters to throw into this well made mix! My heart is so full of vivid joy that I I type to you, It nearly imploded from shock to have the infamous Appsro actually amongst your voice cast (he is a lord of originality in voice acting to me and knows how to break a big smile on my face!). I really admire this short and would love to help make your dream come true anyway I can. I want to bestow you a 4 in a half out of 5. And a 4/5 in voting power. I'll be damned if your show or webisodes don't make the spot in cyberspace! I hope you guys manage to get this project off the ground (or better yet from the ground with teeth gnashing, awesome, vengeance!). I hope you've enjoyed this review friends. Good day.
A lot of good in this, I think your only issue here is that a lot of the side characters are relying on the same kind of jokes. I think if there was a more unique differential between them it would add significantly to the humor factor for a wider range of viewers. For instance the curse words, as simple as making one character who constantly use them, instead use obscure references in place of curse words, and it will add to the dimension. As of now very shortly into the cartoon I had started to find the profanity not amusing and I curse a lot. I realized the situation was too many characters were using it in the same method, with the same delivery. Even just having one of them gently whisper out their curse word everytime they used it would have changed this. Anyways, I look forward to more of this. The Satan bit cracked me up.
