The first episode of Zombie Doll!
That was terrific! There's so much to describe about this short. For starters the animation was fluid yet rough with classic textures and shades to give that "ghoulish" delight that I always enjoy year round. Audio was very well done including lip synching and voice acting. You brought the characters superbly to life and managed to give them original personalities. The way you've portrayed everyone here was so cleverly nostalgic, it was like looking into the next Invader Zim but with more ghouls and undead characters to throw into this well made mix! My heart is so full of vivid joy that I I type to you, It nearly imploded from shock to have the infamous Appsro actually amongst your voice cast (he is a lord of originality in voice acting to me and knows how to break a big smile on my face!). I really admire this short and would love to help make your dream come true anyway I can. I want to bestow you a 4 in a half out of 5. And a 4/5 in voting power. I'll be damned if your show or webisodes don't make the spot in cyberspace! I hope you guys manage to get this project off the ground (or better yet from the ground with teeth gnashing, awesome, vengeance!). I hope you've enjoyed this review friends. Good day.
I think this is a great animation, its funny, its got a great soundtrack, and that to me makes all the difference in the world.
I would really want to see more of this on Newgrounds, we need more animations about strange talking zombie dolls on women's' shoulders, and I want to see them made by these guys
Great Submission, deserves to be in the main!
Really, really well done. I'm glad I got to see this right on release. I was pretty stoked for it after the teaser you released a little while ago. My *only* complaint is that some of the grammar in the scripting could use some editing. Like when she's describing her relationship and history with the doll. That sentence was a little awkward. But serious, that's a minor detail I had to call out in the face of a really wonderful piece. The jokes had good punch for the most part, the pacing and timing was pretty spot on, and the animation looked really good. Great job.
How will Kratos survive the Night?
A story about a kid and idk...
