Challenging game. Beat after losing about a 130 lives. Next challenge is gonna be dying 2k times now... oh boy.
Love the retro look, awesome call back to the Nintendo hard games of yesteryear. Controls are responsive, but I couldn't help myself from mashing up every now and then to try and jump over something. Nice trick with the crystals at the boss fight in the end, thought I could wait it out. Big mistake. Awesome music and sweet voices.
Aw shucks, thank you, it's always nice to read when someone likes it :)
everything kills you? it's just like i wanna be the guy!
But a lot more fair and precise :)
If you would please give a link to the music.. I really love the ending music x3
beat the game finally!!! JEBUS
Thank you, GhostingFish worked really hard on this.
Excellent Game, challenging yes but I made it through with only about 50 deaths. Here's a tip, there are safe areas where you won't be murdered, use your finger on the screen to point at them then move her onto your finger, makes it much easier to figure out precisely where to stand. Very Challenging, which you don't see from many games these days, excellent work, will there be a second one? (P.S. I just wish I had been logged in when I played it so I could get the medals ;_;)
The challenge is in trying to figure out the patterns, there's no right way of doing it but your solution is a great one! There's a planned sequel to it, you can check Desutori updates in our tumblr. Or stalk me in my twitter :P
I thought the game was great.
... however, I don't wanna be "that guy" but it sounds like you expect a great deal from this game.
It was challenging sure but it only took me about 20 minutes, I wouldn't define that as hardcore.
If you are expecting this game to hit big with nothing but just THIS then.... I mean.... Eh...
However if this is a planned series with increasingly better games onwards then sure. Maybe.
I didn't expect anything! I'm just excited it got the reviews it has!
I do have another game in the works however, and it was always my intention to do a sequel to this, so in the end, it all works out I suppose!
