Make your supreme squad and survive in battlefield as long as you can. Collect loot and upgrade your squad.
Every taken soldier heals you (+ 5HP).
At x10 kill combo you'll get an air-strike.

Too much fun. I spent an unintelligible amount of time trying to collect every badge. The music was alright. Cool little characters too

It is interesting how games can create an emotional response, almost a story, through mechanics alone.
What this game made me feel was that, I am playing an asshole.
Who do you play? You play a commander who leads recruits to their death. Their death is directly your fault. The enemy soldiers don't even fire on them until you rucruit them. Also, almost all the upgrades help you and you alone. And what are you fighting for?
A bleak no-mans-land no one in their right mind could want.
Oh, and money. Yeah, that's your reward, money.
But it's your reward, not the soldiers who fight alongside you, who give their lives for you, who are quickly replaced by equally nameless recruits, who die just as fast.
Not sure if this was your intention, in fact I doubt it, but it is what you created, at least for me.
