New Floating Hands style cartoon, this time tackling everyone's time travelling physician who is not really really a physician of any sort.
This one took longer than intended, blast this need for a full time job, had to make sure to get this out before the companions change! Trying out a slightly less chibi/deformed style for the Floating Hands animation and I think it still works well.
Hope you enjoy my tribute to Dr Who!
EDIT: Made some tweaks to sound balancing.

This was super awesome. It kinda mocked all the aspects of the show that get on my nerves, but still made me think, ya know, I love Doctor Who. Also, you showed the second Doctor! That alone deserves an award. I think you showed every Doctor but eight, right? IDFK
Rory's voice actually sounded like Rory, too, which is mega win!

"I'm Sorry, I'm so sorry." Truly captured Tennant there. Brilliant! The floating hands thing looks more like a rushed job...just sayin'. However It doesn't really distract from the script. Great job.
