Thanks for watching and for the daily 3rd place! :D

don't forget to RATE this video! - It helps out a great deal :)

My apologies for this not being higher res. I've given up trying to get it working in Flash. If you're keen to see a higher res copy please check it out on Youtube!

"Happy Birthday Bob!" was a real labor of love, combining over 5 weeks of rewrites, restarts and a lot of crying in the corner of the room. I am so chuffed at the results and hope you enjoy it as much as I hated making it... wait, that's not right.

This short is dedicated to my big brother, Nick :o)

That was great!

Cheers man! Glad you liked. Still so bummed I couldn't properly fix the pixelation. I know it isn't TOO bad, but it still annoys me that the quality suffers. Ah well, onwards and upwards!

The author seems to have the same sense of humor as Catburt the evil director of human resources from Dilbert.

CamoRalph responds:

haha, interesting. I've never actually watched Dilbert ;)
To be honest this cartoon (and a lot of the Bob stuff I've done prior) was based off that awesome Looney Toons short with Daffy Duck vs. the artist... I forget what it's called, but it always stuck with me growing up. Such a cool approach to breaking the 4th wall. Bob will certainly evolve over time though.

Thanks for watching! :)

Brilliant! Good Animation; Good Audio; And Rather Funny Too!

My only critism is that it look a bit distorted when scaled. Potentially shrink the vid's physical dimensions? (In order to fix this)

But Overall: Fantastic to see new and original content

Sweet! Cheers for watching man.
Yeah I agree things are a little distorted. It's actually meant to be that big, but was made as a sort of "hack" job using movs. Converting ToonBoom to Flash is like fighting a bear with a toothbrush.

Thanks for the feedback and for voting! :o)

Oh god, that was so funny my sides still hurt. Probably the best thing I've seen today, I loved it. The only problem I could possibly think was that it wasn't longer, but even as it is I believe it to be fantastic. Good job! I hope to see more like this

That was hilarious! For classic in the humor category. I felt very sorry for Bob, The narrator knows how to run a show....Which fuels and proves my case that nothing is safe by the breaking of the fourth wall.....Nothing!.... But again great job. Animated style was nostalgic and audio was perfect as well! You've done very well with this animation. I hope you make this into either a series or a special or something of your fantastic artistic nature. I'm going to bestow you a 4/5 and a 4/5 in voting power. I hope you create more works here and I hope you've enjoyed this review. Good day.

CamoRalph responds:

mate, I always look forward to your incredibly kind and uplifting reviews... honestly you're way too nice haha, not that that's a bad thing.

Thanks for watching/voting! It means a lot :)
