*Watch till the very last second, and you will understand that I'm not really planning on making this into a movie or anything :)*
What better date to publish an animation, than on ones very own birthday?
I made this little thing for an animation tournament called NMAE. The theme was "Hidden Door". Competitions are fun. I learn a lot from them. This time I just wanted to keep things simple. I had this idea for a horror-trailer-kind-of-th ing. I wanted to focus on the mood of the animation this time around, and for that, I decided to work on the audio before the animation itself. Great thanks to the voice actors who were able to lend me their voice on such a short notice!

Amazing animation, the voice acting was great and you added alot of suspense to it. Love the Piano music, too.

This was fantastic. I really liked the set up. Are you going to continue with this? I see a story here that could go in a number of ways. The girl could turn out to be a sister long locked up and forgotten and now her ghost haunts the house. Or she is still alive and was merely forgotten about. Or something even more surreal, a spirt of the house itself. As objects exist they draw in the energies of those around them, holding in the ghosts of sounds, light, heat of living beings within them. An old house has many secrets hidden away. And what if the house had a soul? And what if that soul learnt to speak...
Or something this is just off the top of my head. Anyway I enjoyed this, Well done to you. :)
