Upgrade your ship, buy weapons, collect coins and escape from the Very Bad Planet in this fast-paced action/arcade game!
Some explanations, hope they help:
- The indicators of the health and ammo are at the bottom of the screen
- The ammo indicatoir appears when you buy and equip a gun (by clicking on the gun in the shop and then Use button) and increase the maximum ammo number.

EDIT: Just made a little update, hope you like it:
- Coins have slightly bigger hitbox, now it's easier to collect them
- The difficulty of the game when closer to the end is increasing, adding some more challenge
- After the teleporting is completed, the ship is indestructible for a few seconds, so it won't suddenly run into walls:)

Another McFlash game with pixel-sprites, money collectables and shopping for power-ups after you die. Hardly re-inventing the wheel here are we lol, but hey, for what it's worth your game isn't bad at all. After all, if it works, don't break it..
The particle effects you have used are polished and attractive to the eye. I thought the power-ups were well-balanced. Also the time it takes to clock the game is about right. Some love&care has gone into this title.
Good little time-waster this one. It's addictive.
I hope your next game is a little more original though- this one is a little too cookie-cutter for my tastes.

As some people have said, you're hit-box collision detection is a little off. Def need pixel-perfect for this kind of game. Might I recommend Troy Gilbert's adapted Pixel Perfect Col. Class? Works an absolute charm.

you might want to lower the starting amount of money, or at least increase the best gun's cost.
The best one is 500 and you start with 500.... just saying there seems to be a negating effect of the less expensive ones.
Still.. this is REALLY addicting

Thanks for your opinion, and I'm glad you liked the game. The guns are very cheap, yes, but that's because they are not extremely useful. Upgrades cost more, and I decided to give some starting money so that it's possible to upgrade the ship.
However, I agree that the most expensive gun should cost more, so that it's impossible to buy it from the start.

wait, i begin the game with 500 coins but 1 rocket does cost 100 coins? would be better if each rocket would cost 10 or 1 coin...also, please ad a range upgrade for the coin magnet.

how can i activate the bonuses? what do they do?

Bonuses give you the ammo, if you have purchased the upgrades. About the price of rockets: this game is less shooter and more avoider:). I didn't want the guns to have lots of bullets.

Lots of fun. Addicting gameplay. My only issue was that the control of the ship was too sloppy. You lost control when the mouse got close to the edge of the window and the ship was a second delayed when you had to make tight maneuvers. Fun however.
