I've had part time jobs exactly like this. There would be employees who could leave on a "smoke break" at least twice an hour or even up to four times an hour even when we were super busy and needed their help!! But when I try to ask to sit down for 5 minutes management is all like "OH NO WE NEED YOU" after I've been working 2-5 hours straight and then they give me the same spiel about how I don't smoke and don't "need" the break.
Smoking breaks need to be all or nothing! Either give everyone a "smoke break" or give it to no one! Working classes of the world unite! Never tolerate discrimination of any sort!
