I found this to be a very sad piece that went with an equally sad song. Very sad how he went through all of that just for wanting to target practice and I imagine he hadn't wanted to kill him, just to better his aim.
The animation was very beautiful to watch yet made you feel very sad for CheeseSteakClock as they realized it was too late to be saved or shown mercy in court even after explaining what had happened. Seeing PatriotClock's son and wife there was also sad knowing they would never see him again. Then for a moment before he death he believes to see him only knowing it was a trick of the mind.
The ending is somewhat of a double since you feel sad he gets hung yet happy knowing he may get to roam as a free spirit or possibly go towards Clock Heaven.
Beautiful song.
Overall, beautiful piece of work.

Once in a while I see a Clock Crew animation that blows my mind. This is one of them.
