Here's an anime review of the one and only FLCL, complete with incoherent doodles - enjoy.
By Tariq Elagamy
Music by Zack Fritch
I really feel like rewatching FLCL right now.
The way you described it, makes me to think more about the story. Since I'm still growing up and the last time i watched this show is about 4 years ago, I guess I'll definetly understand way more than back then.
So for the video it was good, i liked the drawings and liked the aspect that the review is really funny. Especially the voices you did. The fact that you wrote down some words to underline them. But I think it would be a good thing if you talked about the story a little bit, but showing examples, like 'using music as a weapon', was quite good.
That was a great review, that makes me watch FLCL again and had great drawings. Plus it made me learn new words!
Thanks for the feedback - I'll remember this for the next video! And yeah, go back and watch it again, it would be well worth it.
Incredibly well written. As an animator I was particularly pleased by the section that covered the time investment involved in detailed animation. Good work!
Thank you! Yeah, animation is a big pain, I have a lot of respect for people who sit down and do it, and do it really well too.
I kind of missed small clips out of the show so people who didn't see it could have a better idea of how it looks. The part where you told the viewer to look at the explosions... I was expecting you would show a clip of a explosion from the show. I think the youtube version has that, but this should too since the rest of the animated review looks way sharper and better in flash because it has no resolution restricions. Also theres a video player on newgrounds too... Anyway, the review was good and I subscribed to you now.
Thanks, I'll keep that in mind for the next video :)
This is the story of a fearless girl and her encounter with the wicked cold wind god
