**Front page! Thanks guys! My mind is blown! And after all the times I complained that only adult sprite flashes make FP. Insert foot in mouth.**

Okay, here is Episode 8! I did a little better this time with around 3 months of production time versus the 7 for the last episode. I did the audio a bit differently this time to cut back on file size and I clean up the code a bit more each episode. The movie controls in the top-right corner now contain a menu button and quality controls. The quality controls will also be available during the battle segments in case the flash starts to lag.

This episode contains the second of my gym leader contest winners, "Amira" the dark-type gym leader by Lea Bastian. Special thanks to Rina-chan and Potnyx for some superb voice acting. And also EASTBEAST for some extra artwork and Budge007 for testing.

As always, I like getting reviews so please leave one. If you liked it, what did you like? And if you didn't like it, what didn't you like?

Runtime: about 19 minutes.

I must confess; this is probably the deepest Pokemon story not officially endorsed by the Pokemon Company International. The interactive battles you had in the last few episodes have definitely given this series an interesting edge. By far, Teejay and Gardevoir have had the best voice acting so far, but this episode's Amira was very interesting.

This series has me on the edge of my seat, and that is the highest praise I can give a flash cartoon. I look forward to future episodes, and I have high hopes that Gardevoir sheds her Shadow Pokemon status soon.

All the money nintendo makes off of pokemon and they couldn't make an edgier version for adults like this. This was the first episode I saw but now you get a favorite spot on my account. I especially love the way he has a mixture of somewhat unused pokemon. My biggest tiff would have to be during the gym battle. 6 pokemon vs 4. I now wonder if a lvl 31 pokemon could trounce a lvl 41 with no advantage.
Pretty funny watching gardevoir get slapped around and she is goofing off. I look forward to more.

teejay-number13 responds:

Well, when I held the gym leader contest, entries were limited to a choice of four pokemon since I didn't know until the contest was over what order they would be faced. I think four is a good solid number.

You dont see this kind of violence in pokemon, i was a little taking a back when she snap dudes neck but i couldnt help but laugh at the same time. Six more badges to go, this is going to be a long one but i love it and Rina-Chan :3

I really enjoy this series. The ability to participate in battles is pure genious, the story is engaging and what I have always thought a true pokemon story should be like. Your voice acting is a little rough when compared to people who have more experience like Rina-Chan, but it is good none the less.

I really look forward to each one of these. Keep on going good sir.
