**Front page! Thanks guys! My mind is blown! And after all the times I complained that only adult sprite flashes make FP. Insert foot in mouth.**

Okay, here is Episode 8! I did a little better this time with around 3 months of production time versus the 7 for the last episode. I did the audio a bit differently this time to cut back on file size and I clean up the code a bit more each episode. The movie controls in the top-right corner now contain a menu button and quality controls. The quality controls will also be available during the battle segments in case the flash starts to lag.

This episode contains the second of my gym leader contest winners, "Amira" the dark-type gym leader by Lea Bastian. Special thanks to Rina-chan and Potnyx for some superb voice acting. And also EASTBEAST for some extra artwork and Budge007 for testing.

As always, I like getting reviews so please leave one. If you liked it, what did you like? And if you didn't like it, what didn't you like?

This is honestly one of the best series I have ever seen, even better than the actual pokemon series. Please tell me if there are going to be more episodes because this is just great.

I love this series. It truly is awesome. What bugs me is the people begging for more, it's so annoying and they don't quite understand that BEGGARS CAN'T BE CHOOSERS. So hush, this show is awesome, so don't make it stop with bickering.

I am stunned.

I was just passing through N.

You have to understand that for me it has been a long time, because I've gotten used to the fact that 90% of the flash created and submitted for viewing in recent times, is utter rubbish.

Rarely do I come across something so pleasant, dramatic and amazing.

Pokemon is something I've always liked, well into my 20's, and that I will probably always like.

When I try to talk to people about pokemon, they lose all credibility in me and begin making scathing and patronizing remarks.

Yet, I feel as though I have grown up with pokemon, because even though I still like it, I want to appreciate it from an adult's point of view, which takes the animated cartoon series out of its context.

Adult issues, talking pokemon, emotions, real risk.
All things I have longed to see take a part of the pokemon world.

In this series, you have accomplished just that.

It is my hope for you that you take this further, not just for the fans this video is likely to produce, but also for yourself, so that your skill (the entire team who put this together) grows and allows you to produce more things with such good quality, even if the theme is not Pokemon.

In my heart of hearts, I would like to see this become true animated episodes, with your talents behind them, a guy can dream, right?

Wether you do or don't, however, you have done well just the same.

Thanks for reading,

Hunteruid.

I stumbled upon your series and completely fell in love with it. There are so many aspects about it that I enjoy, one because I love Pokemon, but another because I'm a writer as well. The story is great and it is very compelling. I can easily see this story being canon in the Pokemon Universe.

While I did enjoy it more when it was text based, as it matched the feel of the Pokemon series. The voice acting doesn't subtract from the series at all, just a small nuance.

Quick question. Do you do all the editing and animations yourself, or do you have a small team to help you out? Either way, keep up the great work, and I can't wait to see how it all turns out!

Most of it I do myself, but I do get help occasionally.
