Remember how when you so much as tapped a car in City Escape it would fly off as if propelled by rockets? Well, what if City Escape had a traffic jam..? XD
I wanted to keep the main menu simplistic so as to keep the original feel of the level cards from SA2, with a little 'buggyness' thrown in. Hence the electricity since this is a commentary on SA2's car physics.
I made this due to a bet I made with a friend who didn't believe me when I said that I could animate sprites better than Alvin Earthworm. Looks like I won! \^o^/
