I think this is the best part of the series. I like the other parts too but I find the story somewhat illogical.
You start as if you had an amnesia, being in a shelter wich you don't know at all, everything is placed awkwardly, everything is code-locked and of course you don't remember any of the codes. And while at the begining it sayes you want to check the cellar, actually you are in the cellar and you want to check the outside world. You look around with the periscope and see everything is all right but when you finally wenture out you see a postapocaliptic world. Instead of going back to your very well equipped shelter wich seems to be the best place available for living, you get a truck and go away without a goal. Then you see the name of a city on a flier and decide to go there; but that city must be very well hidden becouse it seems only one person knows where it is - even though you don't even bother to ask more than one person. So, to find the person who might know where that city is - in wich you have no idea what you will find - you are willing to become an errand boy to everyone around, even some mean maniacs, doing more and more shady buisness to them even though it's clear after the 1st job that they are just useing you! In the process you are cannibalizing your well equipped shelter for nothing and destroying the home of the only person who did fair buisness with you - also for nothing.
You finally reach the city of your dreams only to get robbed there and find nothing of interest just more ruins. (And to find out that those "things" you shot in chapter 2 were not zombies just normal people with bad mutations. Hurray, now you are not just an arsonist but also a murderer!) This last chapter makes more sense than the rest though, except that you need a key for every half decayed door wich would fall by a mild kick and if not you still could get in trough the window. But at least here the player finally gets the hint that the ultimate goal is to get to some civilized place wich is possible becouse the whole world didn't become a postapocaliptic wasteland just parts of it.

Ps.: Mixing rat poison with sulfuric acid doesn't make either of them more potent, it most likely destroys the rat poison and consumes some of the acid. And pureing the mix on a bear trap would be a bad idea becouse that would just corrode it completely. (But even if you could create a trap like that it would do no good: it would not only couse unacceptably horrible pain to its' victim, it would also totally contamine the meat!)

As always, lots of fun, I needed to use the walkthrough only because I thought one of the keys was a wrench then couldn't find it, LOL. Thanks, now go work on #5!!

oh my god that one took me forever! by far the most challenging of the fog fall series. honestly though, i have to admit the 2nd and 3rd were way better because those puzzles made sense more often than not. still i love this game and i can't wait for the next installment. keep up the good work.
