Oh, I get it! Evry 3 months they decide to do the same thing which doesn't work the next 3 months. Then they do that again and again. This is kind of how a corrupted goverment is, printing money over and over, then 3 months later they come with an idea that's the same. The loop in the video tells a lot!

I believe this is quite clever. It makes the viewer watch it over and over to see what the dude says each time, by doing that it gives the viewer the idea that the banks ARE just doing the same crap over and over and over again, and they sorta are.
