WARNING READ FIRST: Valencia is a flipbook thingy, if you don't like them it's probably a waste of your time

EDIT: alright, problem solved, everything should run.

EDIT: the project system seems to have garblegargled some of my code. everything seems to run fine but until I find a way to fix it a few buttons might be running a little... weird

Welcome to the first installment of Valencia, a sort of picture book for grownups or particularly under-supervised children. The full title is Valencia: Chapter 1: Monday, Fucking Monday. This is the first half of a short story I wrote put to pictures, though if the people of newgrounds like what they see here, I may extend it out beyond two parts. Use the arrow buttons (not the arrow keys) to turn the pages, and mouse over the text tab to see the segment of the story that goes with it. Remember that nothing in my writing is meant to be taken seriously, especially since this particular short story was an experiment in exaggerating the classic tropes of action movies to the point that the become a joke. Also, remember to click on anything that seems out of the ordinary, there might just be something hidden somewheres. And most importantly, remember to enjoy yourself.

I kinda like the flipbook approach you took with this. I also enjoyed the nice blend of decent vocabulary mixed with vulgarity, it matches your characters well. Looking forward to the next installment!

Remembers me a bit of that movie called "Trainspotting". The drawings look great. Also, it needs some kind of sound.

Nice cheezy writing, a cliche for every occasion. Acceptible artwork, though not inspired in any way. Looking forward to the next installment.
