Steve & Frank are screwing around as usual when Steve gets a delivery. Shenaniganon's Photoshop trial runs out, so he has to download the Poor Man's Photoshop (Gimp) to crop one of the frames for an icon. He is confused by the interface so it doesn't turn out so well, but he just don't care at this point.
