"Can a bigger falling star make a bigger wish come true?"

This small 'game poem' will let you find out. If you are not happy with the ending, go ahead and wish again. You might get surprised :).

'The Wish' is the result of a short game jam in which we have tried to present the media 'game' in a more distinctive and esthetic way.

Good luck!

Use your mouse to collect as many stars as possible, while avoiding the red and evil clouds.

Thank you all for your great feedback to this small and special project of us!
For all of you who interested in the music:
It was written & performed by 'Jan Maru' Napitupulu during the jam and especially for this game. Right now there is no official download version for it, because it will be part of his first album, which he is planning to produce as a "Kickstarter" project.
If you like to support 'his wish' :) or just want to stay informed about the progress, send a mail to or join us on Facebook kerGames .

I rated the submission 3 only for the song.
Hoped there was a link to download it or even buy it.

Thanks! You can find more details about the song in the updated author comments sections above.

Nice atmosphere, tone, and all that, but disappointing. I saw game, and from the description of having a larger falling star, I figured your cursor would get larger with the more stars you collect. Perhaps relocating this piece to another section of the site, though it would be difficult to classify beyond that. Half credit for being good at what it is, but deducted half for false advertising.

Hi and thanks for the feedback. Actually we were thinking about releasing the game in a different section, but we felt that the other sections don't fit perfectly either. Do you have a suggestions what this genre should be called or which sections might have been better?

I have to vehemently disagree with most of the comments I'm reading. This, whether people want to call it a game or not, is perfect for what it sets out to achieve, it was so touchingly pensive and simple that it could do nothing but make sense to one's inner self. Well done. :)

Hi, do you a have a suggestion how to classify this project alternatively? Or can you think of another sections on Newgrounds where it might fit better? Thanks in advance!
