Death finds a friend in one of his victims. Part 1 of a three-part series. Written and animated by Katy Towell. Narration by Tim Jones. See more stuff at http://skary.com!
That was beautiful. I'm geussing that the little girl is about four or five years old, and I love the innocence that she showed. I also like how you portrayed death as if he were a regular person just doing his unfortunately sad but necessary job. It may seem really sad to some people to be killing little girls and elephants, but this was a very nice way of looking at it. It shows that death's job isn't so always as cruel as it may seem. I look forward to the rest of this series! To the narrrator: I really enjoyed listening to your voice, I sure wish I could have it to read stories at bedtime xD
A great movie. I felt like a little kid, listening to a bedtime story
This is truly a tragically beautiful story. excellent as always
The animation's pretty simplistic, but is made up for in spades as far as visual style goes; seriously one of the most visually distinctive flash animations I've seen in a long time (and I love it). Also, rather than opting for a heavy-handed symbolic / philosophical story, I respect the simple fact that it's just death befriending an innocent, little girl.
To be continued..... can't wait.
I couldn't stop adoring the stippling along with the high visuals. The narrator's voice was smooth and light for a heavy story. I loved this piece.
The animated adventures of a small, pencil-drawn man.
Marc M. of Sick Animation delivers a twisted series. Don't miss Karen!
The trials and tribulations of a superhero kid and his evil twin.
