The graphics were decent and professional-looking, but unfortunately the animation detracted from it. The overuse of motion-tweens, or interpolated animation, whatever you wanna call it, made it feel mechanical.
I understand that if you wanna be able to produce these regularly you'll need to rely on tweening though to avoid having it look more mechanical than it already is, maybe you can play around with the timing a bit? Then you wouldn't have to over-use the motion blur. I'm not trying to be nitpicky though it's kinda hard to ignore.
With regards to the humor it is something I've seen before but nonetheless I found it funny. The execution is good, though the animation feels a bit mechanical to me, but maybe that's just me, I dunno.
