I agree whole-heartedly with MEANDNOONEELSE. I would also add that you failed to bring the funny and that considering this was supposed to be stop-motion short... There is little to no stop-motion being done. What's up with that?

It´s not bad. Things that you might want to look into to make it even better =)
1. The audio. You could try to look into how to remove noice from the actuall audio. Try to export the audio track from the movie software you´re using and then use the free software audacity to remove noise. (You can find tutorials if you google "audacity how to remove noise")
2. Talk a bit clearer. Try to make it sound more understandable. You can still talk fast but to make it sound funny you have to hear what you´re saying.
3. Keep the shortness of this one and tr to make another and then try to implement all the tips I gave you above. Good luck. =)
