This would be a great game if it wasn't so easy. You can actually become invincible, by taking +health upgrades, and a healing upgrade. It even gives you a button so you can kill yourself when you want to stop playing. High scores are just based on how long you want to sit there.
I would suggest removing the healing upgrade as a start to making it more difficult.
