Accidentally deleted my cookies with saved game when i was 95% through this game: started over and it was STILL an awesome bit of fun. Exactly my kind of hunting/collecting/crafting game.

I like it, but how do you save your progress (I assume that you can because there's a continue button.

Pretty much everything Kalar said
However, I gave it a half star less because I felt like the lack of a simple transportation system from the lower depths to the top in the earlier stages was ridiculous. Especially since, when in bonus mode, your inventory is full before you even reach the lower levels. I found the process of finding an artifact, then drilling my way up, then plummeting back down, quite annoying once I got to the last set of artifacts.
However, all that complaining aside, its probably the best mining game Ive played. I'm glad I played after the fixes you've done because by the sound of it, it was quite annoying and confusing before. I would give it a 4.5 or maybe even a 5 if you just made it so teleporters were available to create right near the beginning

Best mining game I've played to date. Mining games usually hit the spot for me, but this was something special. The graphics, the mechanics, and the upgrade system were way above par.
That said:
The Good:
+ Graphics were amazing. I loved the background space, stars, and planets when at the spaceship (which was fantastically depicted as well). The ship, minerals and rocks flying off as you drilled into them really set a new bar for the genre.
+ On that note, the music was fitting and never tiresome.
+ The upgrade system was phenomenal in depth and innovation. I loved discovering new pieces to find out how they fit in my robot.
+ The modules to allow refueling and repairing at the ship made the game feel a lot more user-friendly in the middle-late stages of the game.
The Bad:
- The upgrade system, probably as a victim of its own depth, was incredibly annoying. It shouldn't take me 2-3 minutes of creating sub-pieces just to achieve one upgrade (lvls 4-5).
- Climbing upwards was incredibly tedious before teleport pads were viable to make, unlike in most mining games where it was straight-forward.
Verdict: 9/10, 5/5.
