How? Use arrows to jump and run.

While the general idea of the game is creative and could possibly have some potential, the speedrun and puzzle gameplay styles do not go together very well. Your execution of it is almost the best way you possibly could have done it, but I would recommend a level select so that players could easily practice tough levels and keep working at them until their total record time was below 60 seconds.
