The game itself is easy if you know the story, book or movie. There are a few parts that threw me off, but with a bit of experimentation i figured it out pretty easily. Another job well done Inka!

To all of those who are stuck because of the splinter: 'tis in the first room of the Moriah mines (the one with the skeleton holding a book) be happy now :)

I usually like your games, but I have to agree with those that say this one is incomplete. The splinter is not at the orc/ent screen, and I can't talk to the door at Moria. You also need to use some different music.

Incomplete
I love your games Inka, but this one seems to be incomplete. From a walkthrough, there is supposed to be a stick to get the ent to attack the orc, but it's not there in this one. Please look into this. Other than that, it would be the same old fun as usual
