Your goal is to use the rectangles at the edges of the screen to bounce the circle into the other shapes. You can use the arrow keys or 'WASD' to move them. When the circle has hit at least three shapes, you can press the space bar to trigger an event to gain points. You can press P to pause during the game. There are four different modes to play.

Ok well this was notbad but wouldnt mind some added polish like on the graphics, This was kind of like pong but maybe somewhat different could add on some different elements to really change away from the pong style, Gameplay was notbad but also could be improved on for the mostpart its a decent game but does need some work

~X~

Not terrible, not unoriginal, but not good.

Graphics:
Utterly uninspired. A pitch black background with basic multicolored geometric shapes. It's worth noting that the shapes are at least colored with many shades of the colors used, but that doesn't excuse the use of solid colors.

Audio:
The music used was alright. It fits this sort of game pretty well and is certainly better than nothing. A mute button would have been nice though. The sound effects were pretty decent as well.

Concept:
Despite being very similar to other pong-like games in many ways, the concept of this one is pretty original. However, "original" does not necessarily mean "good."

The "events" that occurred when the space bar was pressed could make things very irritating. These are essentially power-ups, some of which are good, others bad, but the player has influence over which power-ups are received. The bad ones cannot be avoided; one can only hope that a good power-up eventually negates it, which seems to happen only very scarcely. One cannot simply avoid this altogether either, since these power-ups are the only source of points.

It was good to have numerous game modes. Type A was fairly difficult to get used to, but a good choice for a player looking for a challenge. Types B and C were simpler and I spent most of my time on Type B. Multiplayer (Type 2P) was a good idea, though I wouldn't attempt to convince any of my family to play this with me since I didn't enjoy this myself. I don't see why there was only one multiplayer mode, it mcould have been somewhat fun to try a multiplayer version of Type A.

Gameplay:
There were a couple issues with the gameplay that made this even more frustrating. First of all, the paddle(s) in every game type (excluding A) were frustratingly small. Simply hitting the ball was a little more difficult than it should have been before the power-ups even come into play.

Second, there is a bug which causes the ball to move in a sort of zigzag upon hitting the edge of a paddle (usually resulting in unavoidable failure.) It should also be noted that when the ball hits a paddle normally, the angle at which the ball hits has no influence on the direction in which the ball will continue (or at least not as far as I can tell.)

Overall:
Bad graphics, bad (though at least original and improvable) concept, and poor gameplay design. Unremarkable audio. This game can use plenty of improvement.

This is a nice pong like game. It was interesting and fun. The medals work, and I earned them all. Will there be a sequel?

Well, I think this was a pretty good game. What I didn't like about it was that it just seemed like it wasn't detailed well enough. I love the old Javanoid games, but this only had one level. Granted, it did have different modes for the level, so I appreciate that. It was mostly just shapes disappearing and reappearing over and over. I think there should just be more of a goal set out.

The music's fine. All in all, this is a fairly mediocre game. I realize that I'm very bad at the first type, as I for some reason can't seem to use both kinds of arrow keys at the same time. I guess I'm just not used to that. It's okay for what it is.

it was colourful
