This is the first (and hopefully only) time I've remade one of my cartoons. The style of the original never sat well with me. I felt the "Eat Healthy, Kids!" style would be more effective and I also wanted to have symmetry in any sketch I do that involves talking food. You never know when you might do a cross-over.

Nicely animated, I like the way the characters look. Brilliantly written and excellent use of parallels to present day politics in the dialogue, such as "New Health Benefits" haha. Excellent work A+

Very good, great, animation, better writing, and best of all you played both sides. Its very tempting to for an artist to put in their own political views in a cartoon. What makes me really love this is that you decided to be unbiased and give a satire that really show the political process as a whole. Wonderful work, truly.

I wanted to show that you can basically make anything an argument in today's political climate. If one side picked a favorite breakfast food, the other one would have a knee-jerk reaction to pointing out how the other side is wrong and why their selection makes more sense. Honestly, it's not so far-fetched. It's gotten that ridiculous and both sides are at fault.

This just demonstrates my frustration that it's all noise. Nothing's in the best interest for the people and it's more like watching a sport with the pundits in on the act and in the end nothing gets accomplished. As long as your side is more right/less wrong than the other, you win! It's like watching children.

I came across this as just plain boring, and not funny, the thought of having a news parody is genius if it is done right with the right humour, but this one just came off as a news gag for converted breakfast food objects.
The animation wasn't great, always room for improvement there, but i like the colour and the feel of how it is presented right down to the detail of the quick news brief notices underneath.
