A man and his daughter fight to escape a quarantined city after a virus throws the world into chaos.
At first I was meh, the drawing style looks pretty ugly and the animation wobly. but when the music really started and the zombies appeared it was spectacular.
I really liked this animation. I felt the music really fit in with the theme of the flash.
Initially I wasn't impressed by the animation, but the film's artistic and emotional merits very quickly had me overlooking that downside. The syncing with the music was a wonderful touch, and the bittersweet ending really hit home - not your grandpa's ending there. Probably my favorite bit was when you introduced the soldiers, standing cold outside the gate, then zoomed in on the eyes to show the fact that they were actually terrified. Never saw it coming, and it added so much.
Overall, fantastic work here.
Music, story, and overall feel of it was great. Very moving, especially the soldier at the quarantine barrier. Animation was a little lacking, but you still knocked it out of the park.
Yeesh, that was surprisingly powerful. I'm big on zombie lore and scenarios, this offered a couple of different aspects I haven't seen before. Hmm, great work.
Fernando's side project interferes with Gooseman's plans for the business.
