Here is my novice round submission for NATA 2012. The theme for this round is "The Elephant in the Room." This is my first attempt at having dialogue in one of my submissions. I got my buddy Maciej Laczny to provide some quality voice acting for me. Thanks for watching, and I hope you enjoy.

The graphics are really nice here. I also like the various sound effects. They really add that special little "extra" to any flash.
The voice acting was okay, but the voices where too quiet. I could hardly understand a thing, but I couldn't turn the volume up, because the background music already was pretty loud. So that's something you might want to look into.
Other than that, it was a pretty unique idea. An elephant with a machine gun... now that's something I've never seen before!

Cool, thanks for pointing out the sounds levels. That's something I left until the last part, so by then I just wanted to get it finished and not mess around much. Maybe next time I should get that sorted out first.
the ending was ok
5 starts and 20 points to you sir, this is by far the BEST NATA entry I've seen so far! loved the facial expressions and the "special" bluejay. Idk why all these people dont think it had anthing to do with the elephant in the room theme, mayhaps they do not understand the metaphore.... people need to read more. anyways nicely done 9/10 only could have been better if longer/more detailed, but with the time limit i understand.
