Very well thought out, I greatly enjoyed it! However, the knife part was cheap >.>

Kenney responds:

The knife part was AWESOME! :)

Really haven't seen anything like this in quit some time.
Haven't seen anything like this on Newgrounds.
Really fun play. Slight buffering problems, but methinks that's on my end.
All in all, good stuff.

Kenney responds:

Yeah, the genre died off with the LaserDisc...remember that thing?

I'm not sure whether or not this was a good idea. Loading the videos from youtube may be just fine if you have a nice, european gigabit or even megabit connection, but here in the american boonies where we have to measure our throughput in kilobits, it doesn't work. Not really your fault, I guess. But the loading inside the action sequences is a big problem. The baddy has his arm or half his body out when the whole thing freezes and I have a second or two to shoot at a frozen turkey where the bullet may or may not take. And the loading within cutscenes is almost as bad.

If you intend to revisit this concept, I strongly suggest you atleast include a way to finish preloading the scene before it starts.

Kenney responds:

Thanks, we'll look into streaming issues - sorry it didn't work for you.

a great homage to all those old live action games, like mad dog mcgee, well done, I enjoyed it, though randomising the order the enemies pop up would have been a good idea, so that if you died and tried again, you wouldn't know where the enemy was going to come from.

Kenney responds:

Mad Dog McCree was awesome! We played all three parts before starting this movie, you could say it was our inspiration. We'll take your suggestions for future productions, thanks!

A lyric form Marly comes to mind. The only thing I could have asked for was the bodies not to vanish and a little blood. Elswise, this was amazing, amazing... like really. I hopes too see more, perhaps an escape style game, You know. Locked in a room with some stranger and you two need to excape.

Kenney responds:

The problem with the bodies disappearing...I'm playing all the bandits. It would've required lots of masking and special effects - wasn't possible due to the time constrain :)
