Well it always bugged me that I was never able to finish this and with the need for a larger portfolio in my college life I have decided to take up the project again. I would say I've coded everything a lot more flexibly as well. I've already surpassed where I was before when I released this unfinished copy. Essentially, everything has been improved in the newest version I'm working on.
So, tl;dr version: I'VE RESTARTED AND THE PROJECT IS BACK ON TRACK
---------READ THIS BEFORE POSTING AN IDIOTIC COMMENT-----------
A working sequel to my first game which was unfortunately lost.
While working on this game, with no backups, there was a power outage during a storm. I lost all files associated with this project. It had been a slow project that I was just casually spending time on but was really liking how it was turning out.
Unfortunately I don't see myself redoing everything I did in this game any time in future so I just decided to throw it out there as is and let anybody take a look. There's no sound, there's nothing fancy, I was just working on some fun gameplay.
Each menu button will take you to the same screen, there's only Naruto vs Sakura on one stage. Sorry, but this is just how things turned out for me now.

Naruto Controls:
WASD to move, space for normal attack, 1 2 3 for specials.
Sakura Controls:
Arrow keys to move, numpad 0 for normal attack, numpad 1 2 3 for specials.
Hold Up or Down while attacking to do different combos.
Both players can block with B, it was something I was working on at the time this swf was made. You can double and wall jump as well.

it's good but atlest make there be Rock Lee or sasuke and neji mabye kyuubi naruto just make more characters geez
