TOME - Episode 04 - Fraggedquest
Gamecrazed, alone in the woods one day, is invited by Alpha and the others to join in a quest, so they can relax and enjoy TOME like regular players for the first time in a while...but their day of enjoyment is in danger of being blown apart by an old enemy, lookin' to stir up trouble. Our heroes split up into groups, seeking three pieces of a cursed statue that holds a monster inside it for them to fight against. The REAL monster might just turn out to be something else entirely! Can they triumph over EVIL!?
Created by Chris "Kirbopher" Niosi, with music by Weston "Kajetokun" Durant, featuring special guest voices of Deven Mack Jr. (Beyblade: Metal Masters) and Mick Lauer (Yu-Gi-Oh! ZeXal). Join the adventure in the Terrain of Magical Expertise!

Hmmmm - I'm starting to get worried about his series. My fears from earlier a being realised. The plot isn't moving on quickly enough, there's no clear story arch, the whole thing seems far too episodic. The characters aren't developing fast enough, either. They are developing (There was a point where Nylocke acted seriously for once, we also learned a bit about the real lives of the characters, particularly Gamercrazed), but sure enough, they're starting to feel shallow. The only two characters I can say I feel are perfect are Kirbopher (probably because he's just real life Kirbopher) and Rockoon (because he's just too crazy-awesome for me to care about character depth. The Slime-guy, Demon King and the mysterious bad guy are also brilliant, real-feeling characters. I'd like to see more stuff like with Demon King, who had real life reasons and justifications for his actions. However, I understand that its a cartoon, and that it doesn't need to be too realistic. Maybe it feels uncomfortable because some characters are deeper than others.
Another smaller niggle is that, although it was overall entertaining, there were no laugh out loud moments for me (unlike in previous episodes). Maybe you're getting a little bored, running out of jokes - so spice it up a little! Make it more interesting! I know you won't want to change the story, but maybe if you make the characters more real, the jokes will come easier.
Overall, still an amazing, well done series with lots of time and effort put into it. Just don't let it get boring!
Thanks - a concerned fan
Thanks! I think maybe this more laid-back episode might not've been up your alley, but the fact that you're very invested in the characters themselves makes me think you'll really enjoy the next one. Stick with it!

Not Bad you guys have a series that is pretty interesting here as i am a gamer myself i play on my ps3 pc and etc. lol but you do make a good point about the community of gaming thought lmao. nice flash, great quality and i like how you pop the characters that are speaking up over the current screen like old nes rpgs.

Nylocke sure did grow on me lol. Hated him at first in episode 1. All of the characters and the series overall have really grown on me. Good stuff ^_^

You know I had a thought.
The new gamecrazed is really different from the other series.
We all just accepted that. But I have a small theory. He's different for a reason.
While Flamegirl changed for the better insted of being a damsel in distress, I feel that gamecrazed changed to better become who he was at the end of the tta series.
He doesnt seem to understand human emotions very well. Is always by himself. Even though he spent so much time with his friends in TOME. I dont think I've seen him 'log off' before. He just mends into the ground. And finally, the whole getting together to see each other in real life. He said he wasnt able to. It wasnt because he didnt have the money, or the ride. He just 'couldnt' meet them in real life.
Why?
Because
