Interesting, the style looks familiar, but I'm not sure if you were the artist or not, the fact that it is experimental means it shouldn't be judged quite as harshly, and it wasn't too bad either, the music seemed to fit, so that's a plus, it was just a simple thing though. I don't know if it would only take a couple of seconds of rain for the water to start flooding, so that is a little out of place seeing as there is nothing here to suggest anything out of the ordinary from a simple rain, not so good. You did pretty well on animating it and giving it sound, but the colors...
Odd, but cool style you went for. The fact that there's no story and it looks like you took the colours directly out of the pallette is why I'm giving it 2 stars.

Now this is actually ok. If you would have just put a little more work into the story-art and the animation it would have been a 5/5 5 stars!
